“Theoretical Study of Photosynthetic Processes in Photosystem II ” in association with D. Reha (Czech Republic, Nove Hrady) and M. Kuty (Czech Republic, Ceske Budejovice).

Activity in the field of study:
Theoretical study of protein structures, substrate/inhibitor – enzyme interaction, analysis of structure­ function relationship in a wide range of enzymes (hyrolases, nitrilases), stimulation of proteins in lipids. Parameterization of cofactors and lipids for Amber force field. Wide experience with homology modeling, phylogenetic analysis, molecular dynamics simulation of systems and molecular docking.
