This year, we unfortunately don’t have any support from Visegrad International Fund or any other source, therefore the conference fee must cover all the expenses of the conference.The conference fee is 100 EUR.
The conference fee includes
- 3 nights accommodation including breakfast
- Welcome buffet dinner and farewell banquet
- Two lunches and one dinner
- Refreshments during banquets and poster sessions
The conference fee can be paid by bank transfer to the bank account (you will receive bank account number info by email after submitting the registration form below). Eventually it can be also paid by cash (both either EUR or CZK; 100 EUR or 2700 CZK) in registration desk after arrival to the conference.
Accommodation
The participants will be accommodated in the conference center. The rooms are mainly double occupied (with two single beds, in some cases spatially divided – some parts of the room forming the gallery). The rooms are newly renovated with modern equipment. Each room has its own bathroom and a connection to the Internet.
Since the number of the single rooms is limited, please inform us in advance (at least two weeks before the conference) if you require the single room, we can arrange it individually.
Since the number of participants exceeds the capacity of accommodation in conference center, some participants will be also accommodated in the other hotels or guesthouses within the town.
